MICROSOFT YOUTHSPARK YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS
Microsoft’s YouthSpark program is open to youths aged 18-24 who are either entrepreneurs or have business ideas they would like to implement. In the third year of YouthSpark, CCDKM continues to work closely with Microsoft and the Population and Community Development Association (PDA) to provide 29 ICT trainings for youth-led Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and 5 train the trainer (ToT) sessions in 20 provinces throughout the country.
The curricula has been translated in Thai and adapted by CCDKM to be culture and context sensitive in Thailand and Laos. ICT trainings will empower participants with relevant knowledge and skill in e-commerce solutions, e-business strategies, and basic coding to promote logical problem solving, creativity, and analytical skills that are essential in the context of the digital economy.
