รศ. ดร.กมลรัฐ อินทรทัศน์ อาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชานิเทศศาสตร์ และผู้อำนวยการศูนย์วิจัยเฉพาะทาง CCDKM มสธ. ได้รับเชิญไปนำเสนองานวิจัย ร่วมประชุม QS Ranking University และบรรยายพิเศษ เรื่อง Innovation and Technopreneurship (ICIT 2025) ณ INTI International University ประเทศมาเลย์เซีย ระหว่างวันที่ 8 -14 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2568 โดยประเด็นหลักๆ ภาพรวมคือ การใช้ Communication Technology & Innovation ที่เชื่อมระหว่าง Digital Communication Technology ไปสู่ AI หรือปัญญาประดิษฐ์ในมิติต่างๆ ต้องแต่การขับเคลื่อนการศึกษาที่ต้องใช้งานได้จริง (Functional Education) ทั้งระบบคือตั้งแต่ระดับนโยบาย จนถึงปลายทางคือผู้เรียนภายใต้ระบบนิเวศของการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันตลอดชีวิตตามกรอบการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) ที่ “ไม่ทิ้งใครไง้ข้างหลัง” (No One was Left Behind) โดยใช้เครื่องมือดังกล่าวสู่การพัฒนาคนทุกกลุ่ม โดยเฉพาะคนกลุ่มพิเศษต่างๆในสังคนไทย เช่น กลุ่มผู้เรียนนอกระบบ กลุ่มผู้สูงอายุ กลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ กลุ่มพิการ กลุ่มแรงงานนอกระบบ กลุ่มสตรี ฯลฯ
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kamolrat Intaratat, School of Communication Arts (DevCom) and Director of the CCDKM Expertise Research Center,STOU, was invited to present research in international conference, meeting about QS Ranking University and deliver a special lecture on Innovation and Technopreneurship (ICIT 2025) at INTI International University, Malaysia, from September 8-14, 2025. The main focus of the conference is the use of Communication Technology & Innovation transitioning from Digital Communication Technology to AI (Artificial Intelligence) in various empowering dimensions i.e. Functional education throughout the system, from the policy level to the learner, within a lifelong learning ecosystem in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) framework with “Quality Education” and “Leave No One Behind.” This Digital Communication Technology & AI (Artificial Intelligence) aims to empower all groups of people, particularly those with special needs in Thai society, such as all groups of the out-school learners, the elderly, ethnic minorities, people with disabilities, informal workers, marginal women & young girls.
