Under “Enhancing ICT Skills for SMEs in ASEAN” Project, on 15 – 17 July 2013, the ASEAN Foundation successfully delivered the first Training of Trainers (ToT) in Chiang Mai, Thailand, in cooperation with the Thailand Research Center of Communication and Development Knowledge Management (CCDKM). The ToT was delivered using the curriculum that was developed by the ASEAN Foundation. The curriculum is a unique combination between sample of role-play business case scenarios and technology solutions by using Microsoft software. In the three-day ToT, the participants were trained how to deliver the curriculum using this method.
