Prof. Dr. Kamolrat Intaratat, CCDKM, and the School of Communication Arts, STOU with the Executive General Director of the Department of Aged, Thailand has presented the success case study supported by the 9th institute (Well-being for the Specific groups), Thai Health Promotion Foundation, Thailand: Smart Silver Economy: How ICT can act as a magic tooling to facilitate all holistic empowerment of Thai Aging under the flagship of “Smart Aging: Smart Entrepreneur with Soft Power” among all the policy and representatives from the 19 countries 150 delegates of the Asia Pacific region host by APCICT: UNESCAP.
