Headline: CCDKM Champions “Smart Life” and AI for the Silver Economy at Elderly Leadership National and Regional Program of Thailand
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kamolrat Intaratat and the team from the School of Communication Arts, CCDKM, STOU were recently invited as partners and guest speakers at a major capacity-building event for elderly national networks.
The team delivered an insightful training & workshop titled “AI to Up-lift the Competency of the Ageing Ecology under the New Economy: Silver Economy & Smart Life“. This special training & workshop was part of a capacity-building national program of the country designed for committee members and elderly network leaders spanning 25 central provinces in Thailand. The program operates under the auspices of the Senior Citizens Council of Thailand under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness the Princess Mother.
The primary goal of this initiative is to strengthen and empower committee members, leaders, and the broader elderly network to thrive in the modern era. The collaborative meeting successfully brought together numerous national and local network partners. The event took place from September 21-23, 2026, at The Velo Hotel in Aranyaprathet District, Sa Kaeo Province.
