ICT literacy is becoming a major tool Information and Communication Technology (ICT) contributions to human welfare and social prosperity in all areas of our lives. It is the top priority in social, economic, and education policies of various international organizations and individual countries. However, access to and use of ICT vary by region, gender, and income level. For women, ICT is less accessible and more difficult to use for women who, compared to men, have lower education levels and income. In most ASEAN member countries except for Singapore, Brunei, and Malaysia, less than 40% of people use the Internet.
